Payment Processing with Stripe

PlayersOnly Insights uses Stripe to securely process all payments for subscriptions, event registrations, and other transactions.


How Payments Work

  • All credit card and bank payments are handled through Stripe’s secure platform.

  • Your payment information is never stored on PlayersOnly servers.

  • We support major credit cards, debit cards, and ACH transfers via Plaid.

  • Payment receipts and invoices are sent automatically via email.


Payment Features

  • Stripe Integration: Seamless credit/debit card payments, payouts, and subscription handling using Stripe Connect.

  • ACH Payments via Plaid: Enable direct bank transfers by verifying user bank accounts with Plaid for secure ACH transactions.

  • Custom Payouts: Set flexible payout rules for events, campaigns, NIL earnings, or creator revenue splits.

  • Split Payments: Automatically route funds to multiple parties—athletes, creators, organizers, and partners.

  • Transparent Reporting: Access detailed transaction logs, earnings summaries, and payout schedules in real time.


Why Plaid?

Plaid helps verify bank accounts instantly, reducing fraud and improving user experience. Once verified, users can:

  • Connect their bank securely.

  • Accept or send ACH payments with lower fees than card processing.

  • Use direct deposit for fast payouts.


Subscription Billing

  • Billing cycles and subscription charges are managed via Stripe.

  • You can update your payment method and view billing history in your Account Settings under Billing.

  • Subscription upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations are processed through Stripe.


Refunds & Cancellations

  • Please note that PlayersOnly Insights does not offer refunds.

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time, and your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
